As an Aftermarket Services Advanced Analyst in the IX Aftermarket Service Operations - Automotive Warranty domain, your role involves maintaining the quality and service standards of the Warranty Claims processing team to support the contracted Service Level Agreement. Your responsibilities include: - Investigating and verifying warranty claims based on available external support resources such as Parts catalog, Dealer Assist & Standard labor time, and making appropriate decisions. - Implementing practices to enhance operational efficiencies. Qualifications required for this role are: - BE/Diploma in Automobile Engineering. - 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. - Mechanical knowledge of machinery/auto-components. As an ideal candidate, you should possess: - Experience in Warranty and with Auto components. - Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with dealers, warranty engineers, etc. - Data processing accuracy, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to evaluate/research a warranty claim. - Expertise in using desktop software, especially MS Office Suite with a focus on Excel. - Organized, timely, pro-active, and highly productive work approach. - Strong written communication skills in English. - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively. - Previous experience in Warranty/Auto Dealership.
