Aftermarket Engineer - Steel Belt Service

As a member of the IPCO Aftermarket team, you will collaborate closely with external partners worldwide to create and execute innovative solutions and services. You will play a crucial role in shaping the aftermarket strategy and policies, while also serving as a trusted advisor to our customers. - After sales service and maintenance of steel belts at sites and workshop. - Upkeeping and maintenance of service equipment, tools, and workshop. - Supporting the steel belt sales function. - Attending service calls, managing customer communication, and coordinating service activities. - Performing steel belt installations, welding, and repairs. - Conducting running trials and demonstrating belt performance on-site. - Engaging in technical discussions with customers to address site-related issues. - Managing equipment maintenance and workshop operations. - Demonstrating detailed technical knowledge, coordinating with stakeholders, focusing on customer needs.
