You will work in close cooperation with external partners across the globe to develop and implement innovative solutions and services. As a leading member of the IPCO Aftermarket team, you will contribute significantly to the overall aftermarket strategy and policies and act as an advisor to the Customers. - After sales service and maintenance of steel belts at sites and workshop. - Upkeeping and maintenance of service equipment, tools, and workshop. - Support to steel belt sales function. - To attend the service calls and related customer communication, service coordination. - To carry out steel belt installations, welding, and other repairs of steel belts. - To take running trials and prove belt performance at the site. - Technical discussions with customers related to problems at the site. - Maintenance of own equipment and workshop management. - Detailed technical knowledge, coordination with principles, customers, and other departments, customer focus. Soft skills like MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, PowerPoint.
