After-Sales Support Engineer (Hyderabad)

As an After-Sales Support Engineer in Hyderabad, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Registering Sales of process-critical, frequently-consumed, and apparently neglected Consumables and Spares of Key customers who are already using DDE's systems/equipment's. - Familiarizing and being aware of the manufacturing processes of key customers in order to forecast the need for Consumables, Spares, Add-ons, and additional capital equipment's. - Having excellent and extensive knowledge of Biopharma and Sterile manufacturing processes to suggest value addition/improvements to existing manufacturing processes of key customers. - Being customer-oriented, possessing excellent negotiating capabilities, and having a pleasant personality with effective communication skills. - Being persistent, cost-conscious, and a street-smart Sales person.
