Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Peore’s extensive Service Centre network throughout India, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled after-sales service.
  • Actively add new service partners to our network and manage these relationships daily to fortify our service capabilities.
  • Take full ownership of the service lifecycle, from ticket creation to resolution, for all customer service requests.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with all vendors, supporting their growth and ensuring mutual success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance service quality and efficiency, leveraging technology and product innovation.
  • Consistently achieve a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90% or above.
  • Maintain a 90th percentile closure Turnaround Time (TAT) of under 30 hours for service requests.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
  • A customer-first approach with a knack for understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English. Knowledge of Telugu or Tamil is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma/ Graduate from a reputed institution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve service processes.
