Job Description

The Assistant Facilities Manager in the Admin/Facilities department at Work Dynamics (West/India) has the responsibility of ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for employees and visitors. This includes planning and executing all necessary preparations for meetings, conferences, client visits, and VIP visits. Moreover, overseeing the operations of the mailroom, front office, and housekeeping services is a crucial part of this role. You will be required to conduct daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to maintain high standards and promptly address any issues or discrepancies. Your proactive approach in identifying and resolving maintenance problems will be essential in upholding the facility's operational efficiency. Additionally, your insights and suggestions will be valued in guiding the team towards enhancing the facility's overall performance. Interacting with vendors, evaluating their services, and collaborating with them to address any service-related issues will also be a part of your routine tasks. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders will play a vital role in ensuring smooth facility operations. To be considered for this position, you should possess core facilities management skills and ideally hold a graduate degree in any discipline. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management is required, and having additional qualifications in hotel management, building management, or business would be advantageous. As an Assistant Facilities Manager, your proficiency in team leadership and collaboration is crucial. You should be capable of building and motivating teams towards achieving success while also being an effective team player.
