Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the Affluent/Privilege Banking segment.
  • Drive business growth by cross-selling a comprehensive suite of banking and investment products including liabilities, assets, insurance, and mutual funds.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and deliver customized financial solutions aligned with client needs and risk profiles.
  • Ensure superior customer service and prompt resolution of client queries and requests.
  • Meet assigned sales and revenue targets while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal bank policies.
  • Organize client engagement initiatives and events to enhance relationship depth and client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and execution of client requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education

    : Graduate / Postgraduate from UGC recognized University.
  • Experience

    : 6 - 12 years in relationship management, customer engagement, or sales roles targeting HNI clients within the BFSI sector.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing affluent/HNI clients in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative sales skills.
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently achieve business objectives.
