Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the Affluent/Privilege Banking segment.
Drive business growth by cross-selling a comprehensive suite of banking and investment products including liabilities, assets, insurance, and mutual funds.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and deliver customized financial solutions aligned with client needs and risk profiles.
Ensure superior customer service and prompt resolution of client queries and requests.
Meet assigned sales and revenue targets while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal bank policies.
Organize client engagement initiatives and events to enhance relationship depth and client loyalty.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and execution of client requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education
: Graduate / Postgraduate from UGC recognized University.
Experience
: 6 - 12 years in relationship management, customer engagement, or sales roles targeting HNI clients within the BFSI sector.
Proven success in acquiring and managing affluent/HNI clients in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative sales skills.
High level of integrity, ownership, and customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently achieve business objectives.
