Affluent Relationship Manager

Role Overview: As an Imperia Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop new and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities. You will be sourcing category A priority customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels. Ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy will be crucial in this role. Cross-selling bank products to the existing set of Customers and informing them of new products or enhancements to further expand the banking relationship will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be planning and conducting special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients, as well as coordinating with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. Maintaining a complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts will be essential.
