Affiliate & Partnership

As an Affiliate & Partnerships professional based in Bangalore, your role will involve owning and scaling affiliate marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing affiliate campaigns across networks and direct partners, optimizing performance with various types of partners, onboarding new partners, tracking KPIs, working closely with internal teams, monitoring fraud, running performance reports, and negotiating commercial terms. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership of affiliate marketing campaigns - Managing and optimizing performance with coupon, cashback, deal, and influencer partners - Identifying, pitching, and onboarding new affiliate and strategic partners - Tracking KPIs (ROI, AOV, conversion rate) and driving performance improvements - Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution - Monitoring fraud, enforcing program policies, and maintaining partner quality - Running regular performance reports and suggesting tactical improvements - Negotiating commercial terms and ensuring compliance with budgets and attribution models Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a D2C/e-commerce setup - Prior experience managing coupon and cashback affiliates such as GrabOn, CashKaro, CouponDunia, etc. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Solid understanding of tracking technologies, attribution logic, and affiliate platforms like Admitad, Impact, Partnerize, etc. - Ability to work independently, drive outcomes, and scale the channel If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly share your details and resume to Jobs@buywow.in.,
