IDEAL DELIGHT SERVICES is looking for Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network Develop onboarding processes and materials to help affiliates get started Affiliate Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners Provide ongoing support, communication, and motivation to affiliates Strategy Development:Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve traffic and revenue targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate efforts with overall marketing goals Campaign Management:Plan, create, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns and promotions Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed Creative Assets and Content:Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, banners, and content for affiliates Ensure brand consistency and compliance with affiliate guidelines Commission Management:Set commission structures and incentive programs for affiliates Track affiliate-generated sales, commissions, and payouts accurately Affiliate Training and Education:Provide training and resources to affiliates to help them effectively promote products or services Keep affiliates informed about new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives Compliance and Monitoring:Ensure affiliates adhere to program terms and conditions Monitor for fraud or improper practices and take necessary actions Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on affiliate program performance and KPIs Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
