Job Overview

Amity University is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage and grow its affiliate network. The role focuses on driving applications, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring strong ROI through affiliate Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with university application and admission goals
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and education platforms
• Monitor affiliate performance, lead quality and conversions
• Optimize campaigns to improve application and enrolments
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage affiliate contracts, payouts, and compliance
• Prepare regular performance reports for management
• Ensure affiliates follow brand and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, and conversion metrics
• Experience with affiliate networks and publishers
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Good to have

• Experience in higher education or EdTech marketing
• Experience with CRM and lead management tools
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, work environment
• Understanding of student acquisition funnels and conversion metrics
