Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Affiliate Manager - CPI/CPA/CPL at Bidshade located on-site in Noida Sector 63. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with affiliates, handling daily account management, and driving sales growth. Key activities include identifying and recruiting new affiliates, optimizing current partnerships, overseeing campaign performance, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Affiliate Management and Account Management of Minimum 1+ years.
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Capability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the Ad Tech industry is a plus
