AFBC Dcs Operator

Job Summary- The AFBC DCS Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the AFBC boiler through the Distributed Control System (DCS). The role ensures optimal performance of the boiler, turbines, and auxiliaries while maintaining environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the AFBC boiler and auxiliaries through DCS.
• Maintain steam parameters, pressure, and temperature within operating limits.
• Ensure proper air, fuel, and feedwater flow for efficient combustion.
• Adjust combustion control, draft control, and air-fuel ratio for optimum efficiency.
• Monitor ash handling, ESP, ID/FD/PA fans, and feedwater systems.
• Coordinate with field operators for inspection and maintenance activities.
• Record operational data, log sheets, and report deviations immediately.
• Handle emergency conditions like boiler trips and abnormal operations safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support maintenance teams during shutdowns and startups.

Qualification-
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• afbc dcs operation: 3 years (Preferred)
