As an Aesthetic Counsellor, your main role is to serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking dermatology and aesthetic services. You will be responsible for providing consultation, educating patients on treatments, and driving conversions while ensuring exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting patients, building rapport, and conducting initial consultations for skin, hair, or cosmetic concerns. - Educating patients on services, procedures, and treatment benefits. - Presenting customized treatment plans in collaboration with doctors. - Addressing patient queries and converting inquiries into bookings. - Following up on treatment schedules, packages, and post-care reviews. - Maintaining patient records and updating CRM/software. - Collaborating with doctors and the operations team for smooth execution. - Achieving counselling and sales targets while maintaining a patient-first approach. Key skills required for this role: - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Knowledge of dermatology/aesthetic treatments such as laser, peels, anti-aging, and hair restoration. - Ability to handle patient concerns sensitively. - Strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Sales-driven with a patient-centric attitude.
