Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):
- End-to-end implementation including schema design (XDM), data ingestion (batch, streaming, edge), identity resolution, audience segmentation, and real-time profile activation.
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO):
Designing and deploying personalized customer journeys, triggered activations, and multi-channel campaign orchestration.Adobe Analytics & Data Layer:
Implementing tagging strategies using Adobe Launch or Web SDK, enhancing digital data layers (e.g., ACDL), and integrating analytics for performance tracking.
Building dashboards, deriving actionable insights, and integrating with RT-CDP for unified customer views.
- Leading phased transitions from legacy systems (e.g., Oracle Responsys, CDP) to AEP, including campaign migration, API redirects, and decommissioning strategies
