About the Role:

AEM/AC Quality Assurance analyst.

The AEM/AC Quality Assurance analyst is responsible for the quality and reliability of AEM-based solutions developed by the team working with Marketing Content, primarily with email and push Channels. Would also require hands on knowledge on working with Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard and basic understanding of Hybris/PIM systems to manage end to end flow. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies, as well as identifying and documenting defects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet both client requirements and industry standards. The AEM QA analyst will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and the product manager to execute comprehensive testing strategies, identify and report bugs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality AEM solutions. Good exposure to Retail/Ecommerce domain also would be expected.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its core components, including Sites, Assets.

Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard while understanding email and push communications

Understanding of Product Life Cycle/ Product information management in Ecommerce systems.

Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including but not limited to Selenium, JUnit.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, with experience working in Agile environments.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate solutions effectively.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions within project timelines.

Git

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
