Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain websites using
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service)
.
Build
AEM components
, templates, dialogs, client libraries, workflows, servlets, and OSGi services.
Implement
responsive UI
using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Modern JS frameworks.
Configure and customize AEM features such as
Editable Templates, MSM, i18n, Launches, Users & Permissions
.
Integrate AEM with external systems using
RESTful APIs
, JSON, and Adobe Cloud services.
Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality AEM solutions.
Optimize performance, caching, dispatcher configurations, and debug/resolve production issues.
Ensure compliance with
AEM best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
.

Required Skills

Strong experience in
AEM Sites development
(5+ years).
Proficiency in
Java, J2EE, OSGi Framework, Sling Models, HTL/Sightly
.
Hands-on with
AEM Components, Templates, Content Fragments, Content Authoring
.
Experience working with
AEM Cloud Manager, Git, Maven, Jenkins
.
Good understanding of
Dispatcher rules, caching strategy
, and deployment process.
Knowledge of
Apache Sling, JCR, Oak Repository
.
Experience integrating AEM with
Marketing/Analytics tools
is a plus.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
