Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain AEM Sites applications, components, templates, and integrations.
Implement
custom OSGi bundles
and reusable services to extend AEM capabilities.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams, business analysts, and back-end developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Configure and manage AEM workflows, dispatcher configurations, and replication agents.
Optimize AEM instances for performance, scalability, and security.
Integrate AEM with third-party systems and APIs.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and best practice implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues across development and production environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience
in AEM development (preferably AEM 6.5 and above).
Strong hands-on experience with
AEM Sites
,
Sling Models
,
HTL (Sightly)
, and
Core Components
.
Expertise in
Java / J2EE
,
OSGi
,
Servlets
, and
RESTful services
.
Experience with
Maven
,
Git
, and
CI/CD pipelines
for AEM projects.
Proficient in AEM deployment, dispatcher setup, and environment management.
Familiarity with
front-end technologies
(HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular is a plus).
Understanding of
AEM architecture
,
repository (JCR)
structure, and
workflow design
.
Experience integrating AEM with analytics, DAM, or CRM systems is desirable.

Good to Have:

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Sites Developer or Architect.
Experience in
AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
.
Exposure to
Headless AEM
and
GraphQL
.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
