Job Description

As an AEM Project Manager / Scrum Master at M-SM level, you will be responsible for driving a large and high visibility program. You will lead one or more teams in an agile environment, ensuring stakeholder management in a complex setting. Building strong professional relationships and trust with clients while providing necessary pushback when required will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end ownership of delivery, managing multiple tracks of activities, PODs, or projects, and supporting leadership with KPI reporting, status reporting, billing, and other related tasks. You will conduct all Scrum ceremonies, establish organizational processes, and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient ways of working. As part of your role, you will manage demanding situations, identify and track risks, dependencies, and issues, and oversee change management processes. Your prior experience of at least 10 years in managing development projects, especially large programs, will be valuable. Experience in managing agile teams, handling multi-cultural or multi-geography teams, and client relationship management is preferred. Possessing PM certifications such as PMP, CSM, Prince 2, and having AEM or other CMS-related project management experience will be advantageous. A high-level understanding of technology dependencies and business objectives of executed projects is also expected in this role.,
