AEM Manual Tester - Senior

As an experienced AEM Manual Tester (5+ years), your role will involve leading QA efforts on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of digital experiences, mentoring junior testers, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Review business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and UI testing of AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM (Digital Asset Management). - Validate AEM authoring, publishing, rollout, content personalization, and multi-site management (MSM) functionalities. - Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing for web and mobile platforms. - Act as a QA lead for modules/projects, guiding junior testers, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper test coverage. - Track and manage defects using JIRA/HP ALM/Zephyr and collaborate with developers for resolution. - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production release activities. - Ensure compliance with QA processes, maintain test documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvement. - Communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding test progress, risks, and quality metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of manual testing experience, with at least 2+ years in AEM/Adobe Experience Cloud projects. - Strong knowledge of AEM components, templates, workflows, MSM, and DAM. - Hands-on experience with content authoring, rollout strategies, and multi-site validation. - Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML). - Strong expertise in cross-browser and responsive testing. - Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr). - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues effectively. - Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities. Good to Have (Optional): - Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) for AEM applications. - Familiarity with API testing (Postman/REST Assured). - Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps workflows.
