AEM Lead

Location Chennai (Need local profiles)

Exp 8+Yrs

UK Shift ( 2 pm to 11 PM)

Role Overview:

Skills & Qualifications:Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in AEM, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to assemble, test, and optimize sites effectively.JIRA: Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to various stakeholders and tailor communications accordingly.Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in documentation, testing, and reviewing site structures and performance.Preferred Experience:Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Familiarity with web performance monitoring and optimization techniques.Previous involvement in site governance and operational sign-off processes.This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where attention to detail, technical expertise, and proactive communication are essential for the success of web operations.
