AEM-Lead Engineer

Exp 5- 7 years
Responsibilities: • Manage AEM environments, including installation, configuration, and deployment • Monitor system performance and ensure platform availability • Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related technical issues • Collaborate with development teams to deploy code and assets • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as backups and patching • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices • Optimize AEM configurations for improved performance • Provide support and training to users and stakeholders

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash • Experience in AEM Dispatcher/Apache base • Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux/Red Hat and Windows • Experience with version control systems like Git, SVN, or Mercurial • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Runners • Understanding of web application technologies such as HTML/CSS/JS/JSON, Apache, and CDNs • Deep understanding of AEM architecture and AEM Dispatcher • Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics and AWS CloudWatch • Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef

• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and find effective solutions • Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with development, operations, and other teams • Clear and effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Passion for automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest technologies and trends in the field

Nice to Have:
• Understanding of security best practices, OWASP top 10, and tools for protecting applications and infrastructure • Familiarity with database systems and SQL • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
