As an AEM Developer, you will have the opportunity to customize and configure AEM to meet specific business needs, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Know Your Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows as an AEM Developer.
Implement user interface (UI) designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience on the platform.
Create and manage content structures, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
Customize and configure AEM to meet specific business needs and ensure optimal performance.
Develop custom features and enhancements tailored to business requirements.
Integrate AEM with other marketing tools and third-party systems for a cohesive and efficient experience.
Work with APIs to connect AEM with external services and platforms.
Manage digital assets, metadata, and content within the Content Management System (CMS).
Optimize content delivery and implement caching strategies to enhance platform performance.
Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Participate in discussions related to design, code reviews, and architectural decisions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance, addressing any functionality, performance, or security issues as part of the AEM Developer role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience with the latest AEM versions, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
Proficiency in Java, with experience in related technologies.
Expertise in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Familiarity with AEM s key technologies to improve content delivery.
Experience in optimizing content performance, including caching strategies.
Strong understanding of APIs and integration methods for connecting different systems.
Experience with data migration and asset management from various platforms.
Knowledge of integrating analytics scripts to track asset performance.
Ability to configure integrations between AEM and other platforms or tools.
Experience working with creative tools and managing cloud-based assets.
