AEM Developer

Role: AEM AMS

Location: Pune/Chennai/Bangalore

Who are we looking for?

• Strong understanding of the

  AEM platform

  ,

  architecture

  and

  infrastructure

  setup,

  management

  and

  performance

  optimization to include Apache Sling, Apache Felix (OSGi) and the various implementations of the Java Content Repository (JCR)
• Hands on exposure to

  Adobe Marketing cloud solutions

  such as

  Adobe Analytics

  ,

  AEM Assets

  ,

  Adobe Analytics

  and

  Adobe Target

  .
• Strong understanding of the development and deployment process within AEM, including automated build processes using Apache Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory
• Strong understanding of the base templates and components provided by AEM using HTL (formerly Sightly)
• Strong understanding of external service integration with AEM websites
• Strong understanding of the integration of AEM with Adobe Digital Asset Management platforms

Technical Skills:

• AEM 6.x is mandatory skill

• AEM Assets (Digital Asset Management)

• Server-Side JavaScript

• Understanding of Content Management Systems

• Strategies to automate testing at all tiers

• Troubleshooting & Optimization:

• Diagnose and resolve AEM-related technical issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential system issues.

• Collaboration & Deployment:

• Work with development and content teams to deploy code and assets.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automation of deployments.

• Security & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls.

• Cloud & Infrastructure:

• Support AEM on AWS EC2 or Adobe Cloud environments.
• Use tools like Terraform, S3, and Lambda for infrastructure management.
• Must have handon-experince in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, Apache HTTP Server, Dispatcher, CRX/CRXDE, JCR API, OSGi
• Document technical solutions and configurations
• Must be well organized and self-motivated and be able to work with some or little supervision.
• Experience with AWS or Adobe Cloud Services

Process Skills:

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Ability to work on aggressive schedules, may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings)
