Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and front-end development, including proficiency in modern frameworks like AlpineJS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, customize, and maintain AEM-based solutions that meet business and client needs. Key Responsibilities: AEM Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM components, templates, and workflows. Implement AEM-based solutions for websites and web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Customize and integrate AEM with third-party tools and platforms as needed. Front-End Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using AlpineJS, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with designers and UX teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional components. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience as an AEM developer, including experience with AEM 6.x or later. Proficiency in AlpineJS (not mandate) and other front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, Vue.JS, Angular.JS, Ember.JS, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS). Hands-on experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs and services Hands-on experience with modern front-end build tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Vite). Familiarity with Java-based development for AEM backends and Sling models. Integration Experience: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating AEM with external systems. Experience with third-party integrations, including analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRMs. Development Practices: Solid understanding of responsive and accessible web development best practices. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular). Experience with cloud-based AEM implementations (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud). Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization techniques. Understanding Of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
