Job Title: Network Security Engineer - CATO Network, Cisco, and Checkpoint Specialist Job Summary: We are in search of a proficient Network Security Engineer with expertise in CATO Network, Cisco, and Checkpoint technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust network security strategies that protect our organization from threats and vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: Network Design and Implementation: Architect, deploy, and maintain network infrastructures using CATO Network and Cisco solutions. Integrate Checkpoint security solutions to enhance network security protocols. Security Management: Oversee the configuration and administration of firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor network traffic for anomalies and potential threats using advanced security tools. Lead incident response efforts, including the identification, analysis, and mitigation of security breaches. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT and security teams to develop and enforce security policies. Provide expert guidance and training to team members on network security best practices. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, policies, and incident reports. Generate regular reports on network performance and security status for management review. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in network security, with specialized knowledge of CATO Network, Cisco, and Checkpoint technologies. Proven track record of managing complex network environments and implementing security solutions. Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent. Certifications in Checkpoint (e.g., CCSA, CCSE) are highly desirable. Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Up-to-date with the latest network security trends and technologies. Working Conditions: This is a full-time position that may require occasional off-hours work to handle urgent security incidents.
