Senior Python Developer

Seeking a Senior Cyber Security Software Engineer with expertise in threat detection, malware analysis, and network security. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python development, network packet research and inspection, and knowledgeable in OT technologies such as SCADA and PLC.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct analysis of network data for cybersecurity research purposes.

2. Develop Python-based solutions and contribute to the product's development.

3. Develop Yara rules and network threat signatures (e.g., Suricata) based on analysis findings.

4. Stay updated on the latest threat actor techniques and cybersecurity trends.

5. Independently conduct research and investigations for Product Management.

Requirements:

1. BE/BTech Degree or equivalent, preferably from IIT.

2. 10+ years of industry experience as a Python/C++/Java software developer

3. Strong research, technical analysis, and communication skills.

4. Able to work independently with limited guidance

5. Optional: Experience in network signature development (Suricata).

6. Optional: Familiarity with Linux and Windows OS.
