Job Title: Senior AEM Developer (Adobe Experience Manager) with Java Location: Chennai/Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 6+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer with strong Java experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in AEM component development, integrations, Java backend logic, and system architecture, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and performant digital experiences. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using AEM and Java. Develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows. Collaborate with architects, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver robust AEM-based solutions. Lead the integration of AEM with backend services, APIs, and third-party tools. Optimize AEM and Java applications for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Ensure adherence to coding best practices, accessibility standards, and security guidelines. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in Java development. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (6.x or newer). Strong experience in building AEM components using Sling, HTL, OSGi, JCR, Solid understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, and Workflows. Experience with RESTful services and API integrations. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular (optional but a plus). Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments . Preferred Skills: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – AEM Developer. Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service. Knowledge of headless CMS architecture and GraphQL/Content APIs. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and interface with stakeholders.
