Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure AEM applications on AEM as a Cloud Service.
Collaborate with UX designers, content authors, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Build custom AEM components, templates, and workflows using Sling, HTL, JCR, OSGi, and AEM Core Components.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for AEM Cloud using Cloud Manager.
Leverage AEMaaCS capabilities like Dispatcher Configurations, Environment Management, and Cloud Manager Pipelines.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical best practices.
Integrate AEM with third-party services and REST APIs.
Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and SEO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in AEM Development, with at least 1-2 years on AEM Cloud.
Proficient in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, JCR, Maven.
Strong understanding of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Workflows.
Experience with AEM Dispatcher configurations and CDN integrations.
Hands-on experience with Cloud Manager, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube.
Familiarity with Adobe I/O, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
Experience with headless AEM (Content Fragments, GraphQL) is desirable.
Knowledge of Agile methodology, sprint planning, and Jira usage.
