Job Title: AEM Back-End Developer Location: Gurugram, India Experience: 5+ Years (Overall Backend Development Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced AEM Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in back-end development with 5+ years of overall experience and at least 2+ years working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . You will be responsible for building scalable AEM back-end components, integrating with enterprise systems, and optimizing AEM implementations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain back-end components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java-based technologies. Create custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using OSGi and Sling models. Integrate AEM with external systems like CRMs, DAMs, APIs, and other third-party services. Ensure high performance, security, scalability, and reliability of back-end systems. Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and business teams for project delivery. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes. Maintain documentation for architecture, design, and implementation. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in back-end development using Java/J2EE , Spring Boot, REST APIs, or similar technologies. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x) back-end development. Experience in OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL, and AEM Dispatcher configuration. Proficient in designing scalable and secure AEM components and templates. Strong understanding of AEM architecture and best practices. Experience with AEM integrations using RESTful APIs and microservices. Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Adobe Experience Manager Developer (preferred but not mandatory) Experience with Cloud Manager or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) is a plus Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus
