Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Adobe Experience Manager solutions to enhance digital experiences. As an AEM Developer, you will design and develop functional components, templates, and workflows aligned with user requirements and business goals. Collaboration across teams is essential to deliver high-quality content management solutions focusing on scalability, performance, and best practices. Your contribution to maintaining existing applications and optimizing platforms will be vital in evolving digital strategies to ensure the organization remains competitive through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement AEM components and templates. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and engaging digital experiences. - Integrate AEM with various third-party services and RESTful APIs. - Maintain and optimize AEM instances for performance and scalability. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. - Develop AEM workflows for content authoring and publishing. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM configurations and customizations. - Implement version control processes for AEM codebases using Git. - Work closely with project managers to establish timelines and deliverables. - Stay updated with AEM updates, plugins, and best practices. - Contribute to technical documentation and user guides. - Assist in project estimation and scoping discussions. - Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies. - Mentor junior developers and onboard new team members. - Support content migration activities as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager. - Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks. - Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience integrating third-party APIs and services. - Familiarity with AEM asset management and deployment processes. - Ability to work in Agile development environments. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and team collaboration skills. - Experience with Apache Sling and OSGi frameworks. - Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies. - Understanding of SEO best practices in web development. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of web applications. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Relevant certifications in AEM or related technologies are a plus.
