Description
Role & responsibilities AEM Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments (Author, Publisher, Dispatcher). Manage AEM upgrades, patches, and hotfixes to ensure system security and stability. Troubleshoot AEM performance issues, replication, workflows, OSGi bundles, and Sling configurations. Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for caching and security. Monitor AEM logs, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements. Manage user roles, permissions, and content security. Maintenance support during all weekends or holidays Implement CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI DevOps. Automate deployments, testing, and rollback strategies. Manage infrastructure provisioning & configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes. Monitor server health check and logs using tools Grafana, Prometheus and Loki Monitor AEM performance using New Relic, Splunk, or ELK Stack. Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies. Secure AEM instances with SSL/TLS, firewall rules, and authentication mechanisms. Implement security best practices for AEM Dispatcher, Content Security Policies (CSP), and vulnerability patching. Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) administration (6.x and above). Proficiency in AEM Dispatcher, Apache HTTP Server, OSGi configurations. Experience in configuring Cloudflare caching tool Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Bamboo). Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker for infrastructure automation. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation. Experience in server health monitoring, log monitoring & debugging (SolarWinds, Grafana, Prometheus and Loki). Proficiency in Java, Groovy, Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and high availability solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in fast-paced and agile environments. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive approach to monitoring, optimization, and automation. Adobe Certified Expert AEM DevOps Engineer / AEM Administrator. Experience in Kubernetes-based AEM deployments. Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Manager. knowledge with GDPR, HIPAA, or other industry standards. Deploy and manage AEM on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Containerize AEM using Docker/Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
