Job Description

As an Advocate, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Visiting compliance support clients and providing monthly notes addressing issues raised during the same. - Resolving critical issues related to the collection of information, processes, and the conclusion of return filing. - Preparing synopses for hearings and appearances before the authorities. - Escalating critical issues to client management. - Compiling exceptional reports for partners. - Sending GST updates to clients. - Liaising with GST Offices for GST Audit, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA, and Customs law. - Handling works related to customs and FTP regular compliance works. - Drafting writ petitions, civil appeals, etc., and assisting with appearances before the High Court. Qualifications required: - LLB/LLM degree - Minimum of 1 year of work experience This position is available in the following locations: - Pune (1) - Kolkata (1) - Ahmedabad (1),
