Job Description

As an Advocate for the company, your role will involve visiting compliance support clients and providing monthly notes on issues raised. You will be responsible for resolving critical issues related to collection of information, processes, and completion of return filing. Additionally, you will prepare synopses for hearings and appearances before authorities, escalate critical issues to client management, and create exceptional reports for partners. It will also be part of your duties to send GST updates to clients and liaise with GST Offices for various matters including GST Audit, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA, and Customs law. Furthermore, you will handle customs and FTP regular compliance works, as well as draft writ petitions, civil appeals, and provide assistance for appearances before the High Court.
