Advocate slum act (Marathi Candidate)

As an Advocate specializing in the Slum Act at UK Realty, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Expertise in legal research, interpretation of laws, and legal documentation - Prior experience in a real estate company is necessary. - Prepare slum scheme documents, papers, writing of minutes in Marathi, Marathi drafting. - Strong understanding of the Slum Act and slum redevelopment regulations - Proficiency in Marathi and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in preparing legal agreements, contracts, and related documentation - Ability to represent the organization in legal matters and coordinate with external counsel - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines Qualifications required for this role include: - LLB or equivalent law degree - Prior experience in real estate or slum rehabilitation projects is advantageous Please note that the salary for the Manager Role is up to 1 lakh per month, with increments based on your last drawn salary.
