Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8 to 19 years of experience to join our team as an Advisory - Testing expert in the BFSI sector, specifically at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of financial products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide expert advice on testing best practices to stakeholders across the organization.
Design and execute automated testing scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and report defects or issues found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve problems.
