Job Description

You will be responsible for managing all customer interactions within specified parameters. This includes demonstrating ownership on calls, responding to customers in an appropriate manner, and offering solution-based approaches for all interactions. You must educate the customer whenever possible and ensure your knowledge of products, systems, processes, and policies is up to date. Adherence to scheduled shifts, activities, and deadlines is essential. Your key responsibilities will include capturing relevant customer details, resolving queries within agreed timelines, managing outbound campaigns as needed, and building and retaining customer relationships. It is important to follow all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct, and legislative requirements. To qualify for this role, you should have a 10 + 2 / Graduation degree in any discipline. Additionally, a minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO setting is mandatory. Skills and competencies required for this position include proficiency in the local language, basic computer knowledge, problem-solving abilities, customer focus, technical orientation, attention to detail, and a service mindset. Please note that the job location is Ludhiana 2 - Gurdev Nagar.,
