This is a full-time on-site role for an Advisor in the Insurance Voice Process at our Pune location. The Advisor will be responsible for handling customer queries related to insurance policies, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing assistance with claim processing, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The Advisor will need to uphold a high standard of customer service and remain updated on insurance products and services.
