Advisor, Business Systems Analysis

As an Advisor, Business Systems Analysis at Fiserv, you play a crucial role in collaborating with business partners to analyze and understand business problems and needs. Your responsibilities include developing business and system requirements, writing Epics, Features, and stories in detail, and ensuring that design documents are in sync with requirements. You will leverage your thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose solutions to meet business requirements. Additionally, you will document current and future state business processes, elicit requirements from the Business, and prioritize them. You will also be responsible for testing and validating software solutions, assisting with troubleshooting, and participating in end-user training. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business partners to analyze and understand business problems/needs - Develop business and system requirements, and review design documents to ensure alignment with requirements - Write Epics, Features, and stories in detail for developers and testers - Propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements - Document current and future state business processes - Elicit, categorize, and prioritize business, user, and system requirements - Test and validate software solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements - Assist with diagnosis/troubleshooting of reported problems - Conduct sessions with Dev and QA teams for system understanding - Participate in end-user training - Coordinate with Scrum Master and Dev Team in Sprint Planning meetings - Translate product roadmap into manageable pieces in the product backlog - Prioritize backlog items effectively - Understand non-functional requirements and ensure adherence to defined standards - Coordinate with stakeholders and remove impediments to product delivery - Mentor Dev teams on Agile estimation approaches - Organize and track progress in product development - Serve as a conduit between delivery team and Project Manager - Support Dev teams with direction and alignment - Have a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines Qualifications Required: - Good technical and product knowledge - Highly organized with great attention to detail - Ability to manage different stakeholders - Understanding of how the product drives the overall business Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
