Advisor, Business Systems Analysis As a successful Business System Analyst at Fiserv, you will collaborate with business partners to analyze and understand business problems and needs. You will develop business and system requirements, write detailed Epics, Features, and stories for product, and review design documents to ensure synchronization with requirements. Leveraging your thorough understanding of business and system processes, you will make recommendations and propose solutions to meet business requirements. You will document current state and future state business processes, elicit requirements from the Business using industry best practices, and prioritize requirements. Testing and validating the developed software solution to ensure alignment with business requirements and proper operation will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting reported problems related to the software developed and collaborate with the Dev team and QA team for a comprehensive understanding of the system. In addition, you will participate in end user training, coordinate with the Scrum Master and Dev Team in Sprint Planning meetings, and translate the product roadmap into manageable pieces in the product backlog. Understanding the feature and changes in product requirements, supporting release/sprint planning efforts, and adhering to non-functional requirements such as Security and performance standards defined by Fiserv are essential aspects of the role. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, remove impediments to product delivery, understand Agile estimation approaches, mentor Dev teams, and keep track of progress made in the product from all aspects. Serving as a conduit between the delivery team and PM, acting as a SME to the Team, and providing support to Dev teams with direction and alignment are key responsibilities as well.
