Advertising Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Advertising Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic advertising plans, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, and driving overall client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and translating them into actionable advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments including creative, media buying, production, and analytics to execute campaigns.
• Develop, present, and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns from conception through completion.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports and presentations to clients.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts and present upsell ideas.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of clients’ industries, competitors, and market trends.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising platforms including digital, print, and social media.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
