Advanced User Experience Designer - Instructional Design

As an Instructional Designer at Honeywell Life Sciences (HLS), you play a crucial role in educating customers and implementing an exceptional customer education program. Your responsibilities include: - Acquiring in-depth technical knowledge of Honeywell Life Sciences quality management solutions and applying adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences. - Designing, developing, and evaluating learning content for various delivery methods such as instructor-led sessions (classroom and virtual), eLearning, self-paced modules, blended learning, and accreditation. - Utilizing strong internal communication skills to lead presentations and train facilitators effectively. - Proactively managing documentation related to Honeywell Life Sciences products and third-party tools for both customer-facing and internal training purposes. Additionally, as part of the HLS team, you will be at the forefront of the industrial disruptor movement, driving innovation and delivering solutions at a rapid pace.
