Advanced Math Teacher - IV & V

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Advanced Mathematics Teacher for Grades IV & V. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in teaching mathematics in an engaging and popular style, with the ability to prepare students for International Mathematics Olympiads and Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance Exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics concepts to Grade IV & V students using innovative, activity-based, and student-friendly methods.
• Develop and deliver a structured program to prepare students for Math Olympiads (IMO, SASMO, etc.) and Navodaya Entrance Level Tests.
• Identify talented students early and provide additional enrichment classes.
• Design worksheets, practice tests, and mock exams aligned with Olympiad and Navodaya exam standards.
• Integrate critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills into lessons.
• Use English fluently and effectively as the medium of communication in the classroom.
• Maintain student performance records, analyze results, and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in school academic planning, training workshops, and faculty development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mathematics / Education.
• Recent success in DSC (District Selection Committee) and TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) with high marks.
• Proven ability to make Mathematics interesting, enjoyable, and popular among young learners.
• Strong command over English communication (spoken & written).
• Experience in training students for competitive exams / Olympiads preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and student motivation skills.
