Advanced Hardware Engineer

As a Hardware Engineer at Honeywell, you will leverage your advanced knowledge in the hardware engineering discipline, processes, and tools to support the delivery of innovative solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our valued customers. Working alongside some of the industry's most talented engineers, you will play a key role in the development of Honeywell's cutting-edge products by engaging in the design, testing, and validation processes from initial prototypes to the final market-ready products. Your contributions will be integral to the success of complex engineering projects and programs, and you will also serve as a mentor to junior engineers within the team. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, your objective will be to ensure that products are developed in alignment with customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute various project subtasks such as designing and testing - Support product and process certification to meet customer requirements - Provide guidance to engineers, technicians, and associates to ensure project and product compliance - Deliver presentations to leadership and external customers to showcase project progress - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee compliance with product and project standards - Communicate any instances of non-compliance and share results of internal project audits with relevant stakeholders - Establish and adhere to methodologies for new and existing concepts to drive continuous improvement - Identify opportunities for technical enhancements and propose solutions by applying advanced electrical knowledge - Recommend improvements to advance ongoing projects and enhance overall outcomes,
