Advanced Excel Expert

About the Role:

As an Advanced Excel Expert, you’ll play a key role in managing and presenting data across departments. You will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining records, conducting market research, and supporting content and operations teams with documentation and coordination tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and enjoys working with data, analysis, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Use Excel functions like formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation for reporting and analysis.
• Prepare presentations and documents summarizing insights, project data, and research findings.
• Conduct basic market research and summarize trends, competitor data, or product information.
• Support teams with data entry, uploading, tagging, and formatting tasks.
• Maintain accurate and updated information across databases and shared files.
• Assist in automating repetitive documentation or reporting tasks using MS Office features or AI tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of reports and deliverables.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Excel formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and charts.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with data handling (CSV files) and content uploading.
• Basic understanding of market research and data summarization.
• Bonus: Exposure to ChatGPT, OCR tools, or HTML/Markdown for content formatting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, IT, or related fields preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in office operations, data handling, or reporting (freshers with excellent MS Office skills may also apply).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
