Ads Specialist

As a Meta & Google Ads Specialist at 7Star Medtech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns tailored for our healthcare clients. Your role will involve setting up and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, conducting in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis. You will be expected to create engaging ad copies, collaborate with the design team for creatives, and track campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and CAC to make informed decisions. Your key responsibilities will include A/B testing creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to enhance campaign results. Additionally, working closely with account managers and clients to achieve monthly lead targets is crucial. You will also be required to maintain detailed reports and performance dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta & Google Ads, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns, preferably within the healthcare industry. A strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, CAPI, GTM, and analytics tools is essential. The ability to handle multiple campaigns across various niches, coupled with a result-oriented and self-driven mindset, will be key to your success. While Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory.
