As an experienced candidate in digital ad sales, media partnerships, or B2B enterprise sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving targets through customized advertising solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing seasonal and geo-targeted media packages tailored to advertisers" goals such as reach, awareness, and conversions. - Identifying new advertisers from sectors like travel, hospitality, retail, and fintech. - Building and managing strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and upselling. - Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to co-create ad products, enhance targeting capabilities, and enable closed-loop measurement. - Tracking key performance metrics like CTRs, impressions, conversion rates, and retention. - Providing actionable campaign insights and post-sales reports to clients. Qualifications and Skills: - 5+ years of experience in digital ad sales, media partnerships, or B2B enterprise sales. - Exposure to sectors like travel, fintech, or e-commerce preferred. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in performance-based environments. - Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. - MBA in Marketing, Media, or related fields preferred.
