Ads Executive

InstaServ is looking for a skilled Ads Executive with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, shopping ads, catalogue ads, and lead generation campaigns. As an Ads Executive, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing paid campaigns to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and maximize conversions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and set up precise ad targeting to maximize campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize shopping ads, catalogue ads, and lead generation campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for effective campaign management.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Ads Executive / PPC Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong understanding of PPC concepts, including keyword research, ad targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization.
• Experience managing shopping ads, catalogue ads, and lead generation campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,278.73 - ₹40,427.88 per month
