Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between client POCs and internal teams, ensuring timely and prioritized campaign delivery.
Oversee campaign setup with traffickers and address all ad operations-related queries.
Manage trafficking and QA of various campaign types, with a focus on video campaigns.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze performance and compliance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and escalate complex technical problems to engineering.
Lead and support the team as a people manager, maintaining proactive client communication and expectation management.

Skill Sets Required:

8+ years of experience in managing online ad operations, with prior team lead experience preferred.
Strong expertise in trafficking, troubleshooting, and quality reviewing campaigns, with hands-on experience working directly with US clients or associates.
Proficient in one or more internet ad serving systems, with expert-level skills in DV360, TTD, DCM, and creative services preferred.
Skilled in advanced Excel, database management, and project management, with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented team player with excellent client service skills, able to work during US timings, and holding a bachelor's degree.
