Adobe Workfront Senior Developer / Middleware Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion solutions according to client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients in integration and implementation projects, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy tools and systems to Workfront.
• Build and maintain integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, and various third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of Workfront solutions in SaaS environments.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in requirement gathering, design discussions, and delivery planning.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and integration processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4 to 9 years of professional experience in software development and middleware integration.
• Minimum 4+ years of client-facing experience in integration, implementation, software development, networking, or operations roles.
• Certified in Adobe Workfront and/or Workfront Fusion, or experience with middleware technologies such as Mulesoft, APIGEE, SnapLogic, KONG, SOA/OSB/OIC, Dell Boomi, or WSO2. Candidates with background in middleware technologies who are willing to cross-skill in Workfront are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in data migration from existing client tools and legacy systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating solutions within SaaS-based environments.
• Solid understanding and experience working with enterprise systems of record like ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM platforms and integrating them with Workfront.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and integrate 3rd party software and APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
